Quarterly Plan
A Quarterly Plan is best conducted 3 weeks prior to the current quarter's end. However, if you haven't ever broken down or segmented out your calendar year of planning, now is a good time to do so. Any time is a good time to plan and a 90 day cycle is a time frame that mirrors many other marketing, bizdev and consumer behavior cycles.
Your Quarterly Plan will include the following:
Evaluation of you and your teams prior performance
Evaluate progress - how it was or wasn't achieved and why
Alignment of goals and mission with services and prospects
Document and track errors in order to guide improvement
Document and track wins in order to view trends
Review core values and strategic vision
Execute Quarterly Plan to maintain alignment with goals
You and your business will receive 3 hours of 1:1, in-person consulting services prior to the completion of your Quarterly Plan.
Once your Quarterly Plan has been drafted, you will receive a 2 hour 1:1, in-person consulting meeting to discuss the itemized plan, outline tasks and review accountability.
Annual Plan
The strategic management process is about getting from Point A to Point B more effectively, efficiently, and enjoying the journey and learning from it. Part of that journey is the strategy and part of it is execution. Having a good strategy dictates “how” you travel the road you have selected and effective execution makes sure you are checking in along the way.
On average, this process can take between three and four months. However no one organization is alike and you may decide to fast track your process or slow it down. Move at a pace that works best for you and your team and leverage this as a resource.
